Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note that the watches are accepted for return only if the watch was not adjusted, i.e. the strap is in the original length with all links connected, the crown stopper was not removed. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at support@lamodame.com or initiate through the website. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Rykestr. 36, 10405 Berlin, Germany, attn. La Moda Me. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We charge 5€ return fee for each return shipping.

Warranty

At LA MODA ME, we offer a comprehensive one-year warranty on our sunglasses and 2 years warranty on the mechanism of the watches from the date of purchase. If your sunglasses/watch mechanism break within this period, you are entitled to a one-time exchange for the same model. If the exact model is no longer available, we will offer a replacement from a similar price category of your choice. To process your warranty claim, please return the broken item to the address provided by the team. The new item will be sent to you without postal fees, or you can choose to pick it up at one of our offline points of sale. To exercise the warranty, send a written notification along with proof of purchase to support@lamodame.com. Our team will then verify the warranty requirements. Please note that this warranty is valid only in the EEA and UK, and can be claimed once per purchase. A monetary refund is not possible.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
